Focus
Sometimes you focus on the little things. Me, I want to paint the exterior of my new house. You know, do the one thing that really doesn't matter all that much.
So I made a bunch of mockups in Photoshop to illustrate how potential colors would look on the house. Anybody have a favorite? Why?

I like the light blue, though careful selection of trim colors could make almost any of those choices look really good.
The architectural style of the house is vaguely mediterranian, so white with colored trim is actually pretty appropriate, though a much bolder trim than exists now would also be appropriate.

And of course here I come to complicate the whole thing...
One of the things to consider is how you intend to do your yard. I really like the red and the yellow choices, for instance -- but the red one would make it more difficult to plant a yard that would work well with the house.
Also willing to make some additional mock-ups for you that could include the texture of the house and such.
Oh, and I like the red because it makes your house look like a cute little mountain cottage. The yellow becuase it makes the house somehow seem... dunno, white picket fencish? Hopefully you understand the feeling.

In fact, the texture is generally a smooth stucco. We're generally thinking of doing white trim with a darker main color. Currently the trim is slightly yellowish. If we did the terra-cotta color, we'd probably leave the trim yellowish.

The cocoa color with white trim would look nice too.

I'd go with one of the brighter colors. They make the house look cheerful which will be nice to come home to, plus they'll look good in both the sunshiny summery and the greyish winter.

I like it just the way it is. Maybe you want to experiment with leaving the main of the house white and using different colored trims if you want more pop than the yellow.

I like the way it is right now. I like more neutral colors. If you really want to change, then the coffee or the terra cotta look nice
