Converting Strategy Into Action
I just finished and passed my first course in my Advanced Project Management curriculum. I got a 92% on the final exam. Whew! Only five more courses to go. Hopefully I can take one or two in person in March, and then a couple more in September, and finish by this time next year.

Cool! Maybe I can pick your brain at some point in the future. They've decided I need project management skills for some of my new duties. My skills currently consist of letting people know when they're being dumb-asses so that they can stop and get back to work.

Sweet! Sounds like a useful series of courses. Do you feel like you're getting something worthwhile out of it?

So Amy, how difficult would you say it is to pass the exams for each course? If you watch and retain all information in video seminars is tat sufficient to achieve a passing grade?

Hi Ryan -
I finished the whole APM certification in less than a year. Each course took a couple of weeks of intermittent attention. The exams weren't difficult for me, but I did take notes as I went through each session, and the exams tended to correlate well to my notes, so I guess I was watching and retaining what I was supposed to.
